Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancel anytime. We refund your remaining metal balance within 10 business days to the original payment method. The 24% service fee on payments already made is not refunded. Coins already reserved for you ship to you if you cancel. Shipping is free on Harmony and Apex, and $25 per delivery on Foundation.
• To cancel, call (888) 465-3049 or email info@retrievegold.com.
• Once a coin ships, the sale is final unless it arrives damaged or is the wrong item. Tell us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
• Retrieve does not buy back coins or metal.
