1. Who we are

2. What we sell
Physical gold and silver coins, paid for through a monthly payment plan. We do not offer investment, brokerage, custody, storage, buyback or retirement account services. We do not give financial, tax or legal advice.
3. How the plan works
You choose a plan. Retrieve keeps a 24% service fee from each monthly payment. It covers all our costs, including the dealer premium on coins. The other 76% goes into your metal balance, split by your plan. Your dashboard shows each payment and an estimate of the metal your balance buys today.
4. Price changes
Metal is bought when your balance covers a whole coin, at the spot price at that time. If prices rise, the same balance buys less metal. If prices fall, it buys more. Your dashboard shows an estimate of the metal your balance buys today, and that estimate changes with the market.
5. Delivery
You can request delivery of coins bought for you from your dashboard, by phone or by email. Shipping and handling is free on Harmony and Apex, and $25 per delivery on Foundation. There are no other charges.
6. Title and risk
A coin is yours once we buy it for you. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you gave us.
7. Coins
Your balance keeps growing after a coin is bought. Each time a metal's balance covers another whole coin, we buy it for you at the spot price at that time.

9. Payments
Monthly payments are set up with our team. You authorize the recurring charge for your plan amount until you cancel.
10. Eligibility
US residents 18 or older. Ships to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. No PO boxes.
11. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice by email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
